✅ Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the experience start time.
❌ Cancellations within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable.
❌ No-shows are non-refundable.
Cut-off times are based on the local time of the experience.
This policy aligns with standard international booking platforms to ensure clarity and fairness.
2. Private Tours
Private tours require reserved guides, planning, and blocked time slots. Therefore:

Custom group bookings may have separate agreements confirmed at time of booking.
3. Rescheduling
Guests may request a date change:
More than 24 hours before start time → subject to availability
Within 24 hours → changes are not guaranteed
We always try to accommodate when possible.
4. Weather Policy
Tours operate in most weather conditions unless safety is at risk.
If TourGuys cancels due to severe weather or unforeseen operational reasons:
Guests may choose:
A full refund
Or rescheduling to another available date
Typical Dutch weather does not qualify for refunds.

Some shared tours require a minimum number of participants (2):
If the minimum is not met:
Guests will be offered:
An alternative date
A private upgrade (if available)
Or a full refund

Tours start on time.
Late arrivals that miss departure are considered no-shows.
No refund will be issued.
